Abstract

Mazkur tezisda O‘zbekiston Respublikasida faoliyat yuritayotgan erkin iqtisodiy hududlar (EIH) doirasidagi tadbirkorlik subyektlarining samarali ishlashiga ta’sir qiluvchi asosiy ichki va tashqi omillar chuqur tahlil qilinadi. Davlat tomonidan yaratilgan qulay huquqiy va institutsional muhit, soliq va bojxona imtiyozlari, zamonaviy infratuzilmaga ega bo‘lgan maxsus zonalarning tashkil etilishi, xorijiy investitsiyalarni jalb qilishga doir choralar, shuningdek, kadrlar salohiyati va marketing strategiyalari – bularning barchasi ushbu subyektlarning samaradorligiga bevosita ta’sir ko‘rsatmoqda. Tahlillar asosida EIHlarda tadbirkorlikni rivojlantirishda mavjud muammolar va ularni bartaraf etish bo‘yicha tavsiyalar ham beriladi.
