Аннотация

The progress of civilization, achievements of science and technology, new relationships in society contribute to the formation of specific connections between art and the modern world. Having become dependent on information technology, art acquired a new level of freedom of expression, and its new position in the cultural development of mankind was determined. All this caused a number of serious changes in the art education system. The current state of society is characterized by inconsistency, which has led to misunderstanding and substitution of aesthetic values. The viewer loses value orientations, the majority of the younger generation does not know and does not strive to learn the classics of national culture. More than ever in modern conditions of scientific and technological progress, the role of science, education, culture and art is increasing.
