Smorodina, qora (R. nigrum L), qizil smorodina (R. rubrum), tillarang smorodina (R. aureum), saxaroza, glyukoza, fruktoza.Abstrak
Yangi va qayta ishlangan funktsional oziq-ovqat mahsulotlariga talab ortib bormoqda, ularni oddiy dietada iste’mol qilish asosiy oziqlanish bilan bir qatorda sog‘liq uchun ham foyda keltiradi. Funktsional oziq-ovqatlar orasida rezavorlar kuchli bioaktivlikka ega bo‘lgan makronutrientlar, mikroelementlar, xun tolasi, fenolik va fenolik bo‘lmagan birikmalar kabi fitokimyoviy moddalar bilan boyitilganligi sababli “superfood” sifatida sotiladi. Ushbu tadqiqotda smorodina turlarining biokimyovit tahlili olib borilgan. Ushbu tadqiqot uchun O‘zbekistonda o‘sadigan smorodina turlari tanlandi.
