Abstrak

The UNIDROIT Principles are a set of internationally recognized principles that provide guidance on the formation, interpretation, and performance of commercial contracts. Although Uzbekistan is not a party to the UNIDROIT Principles, they can still be used as a reference point in commercial transactions within the country.
