Additionally, the article discusses adaptability and cognitive load management, recognizing that reading speed alone does not determine proficiency. Practical assessment methods are provided to support educators and readers in developing a balanced approach to reading faster while retaining comprehension and engagement, which is particularly relevant in academic and professional contexts.
