Abstract

Today, 886.9 million hectares of land are cultivated and agricultural products are grown worldwide. New resource-saving, minimal and zero-input technologies and technical means for their implementation have been introduced on 43.8 percent of them. These modern technologies allow maintaining soil fertility on 118 million hectares of land and simultaneously reducing the cost of cultivated products by an average of 25 percent.
