Abstrak

Ushbu maqolada o‘tkir mioloblastik leykoz (OML)ning molekulyar-genetik xususiyatlari tahlil qilingan. Leykoz hujayralarida uchraydigan asosiy genetik o‘zgarishlar, ularning patogenezdagi roli va klinik ahamiyati ko‘rib chiqilgan. Molekulyar belgilarning diagnostika, davolash strategiyasi va prognoz aniqlashdagi o‘rni yoritilgan. Shu bilan birga, zamonaviy genetik testlar va ularning individual yondashuvni shakllantirishdagi ahamiyati ham muhokama qilingan.
