Abstrak

Ushbu maqolada  shoʻrlanish stressi sharoitida Azotobacter chroococcum tomonidan alginat sintezi va uning modulyatsiyasi jarayonlarini tahlil qiladi. Sho‘rlanish stressi erkin yashovchi rizobakteriyalarning yashovchanligiga salbiy ta’sir ko‘rsatadi, ammo bu sharoitda ularning ekzopolisaxarid (EPS), xususan alginat ishlab chiqarish qobiliyati oshadi. Alginat ion toksikligini kamaytirish, biofilm tuzish va rizosferadagi suv balansini saqlashda muhim rol o‘ynaydi. Shuningdek, ushbu mexanizmlarning molekulyar asoslari va ekologik ahamiyati yoritilgan.
