Abstrak

Ushbu maqolada oziq-ovqat korxonalari mahsulotlarining raqobatbardoshligini boshqarish jarayonida mahsulot sifatining o‘rni va ahamiyati o‘rganiladi. Raqobatbardosh mahsulot ishlab chiqarish uchun sifat menejmenti tizimlaridan foydalanish, xalqaro standartlarga moslik, ekologik xavfsizlik va innovatsion texnologiyalarning roli tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, korxonalarning mahsulot sifatini oshirish orqali bozordagi ustunlikka erishish strategiyalari ko‘rib chiqiladi.
