Ushbu maqolada signallarning chastotaviy spektrini aniqlash masalasi keng yoritilgan. Signallarni vaqt sohasidan chastota sohasiga o‘tkazishda Furye transformatsiyasining o‘rni, diskret Furye o‘zgartirishi va uning tez algoritmi (FFT) tahlil qilinadi. Spektrni baholashning klassik va zamonaviy usullari, jumladan periodogramma, Welch, Burg kabi yondashuvlar solishtiriladi. Shuningdek, spektrni aniqlashda qo‘llaniladigan asboblar va dasturiy vositalar, hamda bu usullarning telekommunikatsiya, tibbiyot va texnik diagnostika sohalaridagi amaliy ahamiyati ochib beriladi.
