Xalqaro ommaviy huquq davlatlar o‘rtasidagi munosabatlarni tartibga soluvchi asos bo‘lib xizmat qilib, tinchlik, hamkorlik va xalqlar o‘rtasidagi o‘zaro hurmat uchun ko‘rsatmalar beradi. Biroq, hozirda, dunyo miqyosida xalqaro ommaviy huquq o‘zining samaradorligi va dolzarbligiga salbiy ta’sir o‘tkazuvchi turli xil muammolarga yuz tutmoqda.
