The article examines the regulatory framework governing medicines and pharmaceutical activities. The article analyzes international and national legal acts that set standards for the quality, safety and effectiveness of medicines, as well as regulate the processes of their development, production, registration and circulation on the market. Special attention is paid to the legal aspects of licensing pharmaceutical activities, control over pricing policy and regulation of advertising of medicines. The article also discusses the issues of compliance with ethical standards and consumer protection in the field of pharmacy.
