THE INTERPRETATION OF CONTEMPORARY FIQH ISSUES IN SA‘D AL-DĪN TAFTĀZĀNĪ'S WORK " SHARḤ FIQH AL-KAIDANI"

Abstract

In this thesis, the history of the writing of Lutfullāh al-Nasafī's work "Fiqhi Kaidani", in which the detailed description of the work and its components, along with the principles of sharīʿah sciences, in particular, modern jurisprudence issues, are covered. This book, which is considered a comprehensive work written in the field of Islāmic law, is distinguished by the fact that it has not lost its importance until now. In the work, not only fiqh areas, prayer and behavior issues are covered in detail.
