This thesis explores the effective implementation of digitalization processes in the banking sector of Uzbekistan. The introduction of digital technologies in banking optimizes financial services, improves service speed, and reduces costs. This research is focused on analyzing the advantages and challenges of successfully implementing digital technologies in the Uzbek banking sector. The thesis also examines the impact of digitalization on bank customers and employees, security issues, and provides recommendations for future digitalization projects in banking.
