Abstract

Technology has transformed education, providing innovative tools to enhance learning outcomes. This study explores how technological integration impacts student engagement, academic performance, and teaching efficiency. Using a mixed-method approach, data were collected from 150 high school students and 20 teachers via surveys and interviews. Results indicate that technology significantly improves engagement and performance when aligned with pedagogical goals. However, challenges like digital divide and  distractions persist. This paper provides insights into leveraging technology effectively in education, underscoring the importance of teacher training and infrastructure development.
