The main purpose of this thesis is to deeply analyze the legal aspects of a loan agreement within the framework of the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as to elucidate its theoretical and practical dimensions. The relevance of the thesis lies in the fact that the proper and fair organization of financial relations serves as a foundation for the sustainable development of society.
