Abstrak

Accidents can have severe consequences, both in terms of human lives and economic costs. Therefore, implementing effective measures to prevent accidents is of utmost importance. This article explores various strategies and considerations for accident prevention. It discusses the significance of safety inspections and audits, employee involvement through safety committees, incident analysis and lessons learned, safety equipment maintenance, behavioral safety programs, ergonomic considerations, contractor safety management, safety data management and analysis, continuous safety improvement, and collaboration with external stakeholders.
