Abstract

In this article, the reforms carried out in the New Uzbekistan, the improvement of the living standards of the population, measures taken in order to increase the legal literacy of the social strata of the population on the basis of the state program, are an important and relevant issue for Uzbekistan, like every Democratic state that aims to build a legal state.
