This article reveals the effective implementation of the project based on the consistent implementation of all management processes. The project management process is highlighted as the quality of a set of actions that give a measurable result, while the project management process forms direct and inverse relationships between subjects and objects of management. The subjects of project management are defined as the main participants in the project, the objects are the project, a number of interrelated projects, project-oriented enterprises, as well as the stages of the project cycle.
