Abstrak

The rapid growth of digital media has significantly influenced the evolution of language in recent decades. This paper aims to explore the nature of these changes, focusing on how digital communication platforms like social media, messaging apps, and online communities are reshaping language structure, vocabulary, and usage patterns. Using qualitative methods, this study analyzes both linguistic phenomena and social implications arising from digital media. The findings suggest that while language is becoming more dynamic, concerns about language erosion and misuse are also prominent.
