Abstrak

Ushbu maqolada sog'lom turmush tarzining odamlar hayotiga ta'siri va uning shakllanishi haqida so'z boradi. Maqolada sog'lom turmush tarzini yaratish uchun muhim omillar, jumladan, to'g'ri ovqatlanish, jismoniy faollik, psixologik barqarorlik va uyquning ahamiyati ko'rib chiqiladi. Shuningdek, turli xil sog'liqni saqlash dasturlari va strategiyalari haqida so'z boradi, ularning inson organizmiga bo'lgan ijobiy ta'sirini tahlil qilinadi.
