THE ROLE OF PSYCHOLOGY IN MEDICINE
Abstrak
This article is dedicated to exploring the role of psychology in medicine. Psychology, as a science studying the mental state of a person, is closely intertwined with medicine and holds a special place in modern healthcare systems. The article discusses psychological factors and mental states' influence on physical health, the concept of psychosomatics, the impact of stress on diseases, and the role of psychotherapy in medicine. It also considers the integration of psychology and medical sciences and the necessity of psychological approaches within healthcare. The article helps readers understand the connection between mental and physical health and emphasizes the importance of psychology in medicine.
