KASBIY-PEDAGOGIK IDENTITETNI RIVOJLANTIRISH MEXANIZMLARINING MAZMUNI VA BOSQICHLARI

Mazkur maqolada kasbiy-pedagogik identitetni rivojlantirish mexanizmlarining mazmuni va bosqichlari tizimli yondashuv asosida tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotning dolzarbligi zamonaviy ta’lim tizimida pedagog shaxsining ichki kasbiy pozitsiyasini shakllantirish zarurati bilan belgilanadi. Maqolada kasbiy identitet tushunchasining nazariy mohiyati va uning tarkibiy komponentlari aniqlashtiriladi. Identitetni rivojlantirish mexanizmlari sifatida refleksiv, motivatsion-qadriyatli, didaktik va psixologik yo‘nalishlar asoslab beriladi. Ushbu mexanizmlar o‘zaro integratsiyada talabaning kasbiy o‘zligini anglash jarayonini shakllantiradi. Tadqiqotda identitet rivojlanishining bosqichlari diagnostik, shakllantiruvchi va rivojlantiruvchi jarayonlar orqali yoritiladi. Har bir bosqichning pedagogik vazifalari va mazmuni aniqlashtiriladi. Tajriba-sinov natijalari model samaradorligini tasdiqlaydi. Tadqiqot natijalari pedagogik ta’lim tizimini takomillashtirishga xizmat qiladi. Ushbu maqola identitet muammosini kompleks yondashuv asosida o‘rganishga hissa qo‘shadi.
