Shuningdek, u mintaqaviy iqtisodiy o'sishni rag'batlantirish, sanoat o'zgarishlariga yordam berish va ishchi kuchida kam vakil bo'lgan yoki ko'proq moslashuvchanlikni xohlaydigan odamlar uchun ishchi kuchiga muqobil yo'lni taqdim etish orqali kengroq ijtimoiy afzalliklarga ega bo'lishi mumkin (OECD/Yevropa Ittifoqi, 2016).
