Mazkur maqolada ekologik madaniyat tushunchasining mohiyati, tarkibiy komponentlari va ularni shakllantirishda ta’lim tizimining o‘rni ilmiy-pedagogik nuqtai nazardan tahlil etilgan. Global ekologik muammolar fonida yosh avlodda ekologik ong, qadriyat va mas’uliyatni shakllantirish zarurati asoslab berilgan. Muallif ekologik madaniyatni kognitiv, emotsional-aksiyologik va amaliy-komportamental komponentlar orqali izohlaydi hamda bu komponentlarning ta’lim jarayonida uyg‘un rivojlanishi zarurligini ta’kidlaydi. Ekologik tarbiya vositasi sifatida eko-pedagogika, xizmatga yo‘naltirilgan ta’lim, loyiha asosidagi yondashuvlar va raqamli texnologiyalarni qo‘llashning samaradorligi asoslab berilgan. Shu bilan birga, o‘quv dasturlarining ekologik mazmun bilan boyitilishi, fanlararo integratsiya, zamonaviy metodik yondashuvlar va ta’lim-muhit birligi orqali ekologik madaniyatni barqaror rivojlantirishning muhimligi ilmiy asoslangan. Maqolada davlat siyosati, jamoatchilik instituti va OAVning hamkorlikdagi roli alohida e’tirof etilgan.
