Abstrak

Bugungi kunda bank tizimi mamlakat iqtisodiyotining qon tomiri hisoblanadi. Ayniqsa, moliyaviy hisobdorlik, shaffoflik va samaradorlikni ta'minlash, investitsion muhitni yaxshilash hamda bank faoliyatini tizimli nazorat qilishda moliyaviy hisobotlarning roli beqiyosdir. Shu jihatdan, ushbu tezisda tijorat banklarida, xususan “Ipak Yo‘li” AITB misolida moliyaviy hisobotlar tahlilini takomillashtirish muammolari va ularning yechimlari ko‘rib chiqiladi.
