Abstract

Ushbu tezisda bolalar huquqlarini samarali himoya qilishni ta'minlash uchun Birlashgan Millatlar Tashkiloti tomonidan tashkil etilgan xalqaro nazorat organlarining murakkab va muhim tizimi o’rganilgan.  Unda BMT doirasidagi umumiy va maxsus nazorat organlarining roli o'rganildi, ular bolalar farovonligiga bag'ishlangan xalqaro huquqiy hujjatlarning bajarilishini qanday monitoring qilish va nazorat qilishini o'rganadi.
