Abstract

The thesis examines the first conciliation institutes that appeared in the system of trade unions of Turkestan. The provisions of the charters of trade unions created in 1905-1907 in Turkestan are analyzed, and on the basis of these provisions the norms on the conciliation commission for resolving labour disputes are determined.
