BARQAROR RIVOJLANISHNING MEDIATIZATSIYASI: KUN TARTIBI QANDAY QILIB XULQ-ATVORNI SHAKLLANTIRADI
Abstract
Barqaror rivojlanish, 2030 Kun Tartibi va Barqaror Rivojlanish Maqsadlarida (BRM) mustahkamlangan holda, global siyosiy, iqtisodiy va ilmiy diskursning markaziy mavzusiga aylangan. Biroq barqarorlik tamoyillarini amalga oshirish faqat siyosiy iroda va institutsional mexanizmlarga emas, balki bu g‘oyalarning jamiyat tomonidan qanday qabul qilinishiga ham bog‘liq. Ana shu kontekstda alohida ahamiyat kasb etadigan jarayon — bu mediatizatsiya, ya’ni ommaviy axborot vositalari va raqamli platformalar nafaqat axborotni uzatadigan, balki jamoaviy normalarni, xulq-atvor modellari va barqaror kelajak haqidagi tasavvurlarni faol shakllantiradigan jarayondir.
