ОЛИЙ ТАЪЛИМ МУАССАСАЛАРИ ИҚТИСОДИЙ ФАОЛИЯТИНИ ТАКОМИЛЛАШТИРИШ
Abstract
Олий таълим тизимини молиялаштиришнинг ривожланган давлатлардаги тажрибаси молиявий мустақилликнинг юқорилиги билан алоҳида ажралиб туришини қайд этиш лозим. Ушбу ҳолатда эса, олий таълим муассасаларида молиявий менежментнинг шаклланганлик даражаси ижобий тенденцияларни акс эттиради. Олий таълим тизимида молиявий менежментни ривожлантиришда молиявий манбалар улушини таҳлил қилиш ва уларнинг ривожланиш тенденцияларини рақобатбардошлик билан уйғунлаштириш муҳим ҳисобланади.
