Transplantation, transplantological operations, heart and kidney transplantation, organ and tissue transplantation, principle of do no harm.Abstract
Transplantation is the transplantation of healthy tissues and organs in place of damaged or removed tissues and organs in humans and animals as a result of a pathological process. Depending on from whom the tissue or organ to be transplanted is taken, transplants differ as follows: autotransplant - from the patient himself, allotransplant - from person to person, xenotransplant - from another individual. Today's kidney transplantation is very widespread. Let's look at the conflict between the two main principles of medicine: "Do no harm" and "Do good". In order to "mitigate" this problem, it is necessary to provide opportunities to protect the interests of the donor through health insurance.
