Abstrak

Ushbu maqolada ijtimoiy solishtirish nazariyasi asosida shaxsning o’zini boshqalar bilan taqqoslashi va buning natijasida yuzaga keladigan o’zini past baholash muammosi psixologik tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda Festingerning “Social Comparison Theory” konsepsiyasi, zamonaviy ijtimoiy tarmoqlar ta’siri va yoshlar orasida o‘ziga bo‘lgan salbiy munosabat sabablari o‘rganilgan. Maqola davomida ijtimoiy solishtirishning ijobiy va salbiy jihatlari, shuningdek, o‘ziga past baho paydo bo‘lishining oldini olish bo‘yicha psixologik tavsiyalar keltiriladi.
