Abstrak
Zig'ir (Linum usitassimum)Linaceae oilasiga mansub bo‘lib, kimyoviy tarkibi navlari va atrofmuhit sharoitlari bo‘yicha farq qilsa-da, taxminan 40% lipidlar, 20% oqsillar, 10-20% tolalar,
4% kul va 6% namlikni o‘z ichiga olgan mayda yassi urug'larni hosil qiladi [1]. Zig'ir
urug'idagi asosiy bioaktiv birikmalara-linolenik kislota, lignanlar va tolalar kiradi [2]. Zig'ir
urug'ida eriydigan va erimaydigan tolalar mavjud.
