KORXONALARDA BURNOUT DARAJASINI ANIQLASHNING DOLZARBLIGI
Abstrak
So‘nggi yillarda mehnat bozoridagi o‘zgarishlar, raqamli transformatsiya va yuqori ish sur’atlari xodimlarning ruhiy holatiga bevosita ta’sir ko‘rsatmoqda. Ayniqsa, O‘zbekiston korxonalarida kasbiy charchash (burnout) holatlari tobora ko‘proq kuzatilmoqda. Burnout — bu xodimning hissiy holdan toyishi, ishga nisbatan befarqlik va samaradorlikning pasayishi bilan ifodalanadigan holat bo‘lib, tashkilotning umumiy unumdorligiga jiddiy xavf tug‘diradi (Maslach & Leiter, 2016). Shuning uchun korxonalarda burnout darajasini aniqlash, uni o‘lchash va boshqarish mexanizmlarini ishlab chiqish dolzarb ilmiy va amaliy vazifalardan biridir. Bugungi kunda inson resurslari menejmentida xodim salomatligini ta’minlash muhim strategik yo‘nalishga aylanmoqda. Burnout sindromi, aslida, nafaqat shaxsiy psixologik muammo, balki korxona madaniyati va boshqaruv tizimining ham ko‘zgusidir (Schaufeli et al., 2019). Jahon sog‘liqni saqlash tashkiloti (WHO, 2019) burnoutni rasmiy ravishda kasbiy sindrom sifatida e’tirof etgani, uning diagnostikasi va profilaktikasini ilmiy asosda o‘rganish zarurligini yana bir bor tasdiqlaydi
