KASBIY-PEDAGOGIK IDENTITET VA UNING PEDAGOGIK, PSIXOLOGIK, DIDAKTIK VA REFLEKSIV MEXANIZMLARI (BO‘LAJAK MUSIQA O‘QITUVCHILARI MISOLIDA)

Mazkur maqolada bo‘lajak musiqa o‘qituvchilarida kasbiy-pedagogik identitetni shakllantirish va rivojlantirishning pedagogik, psixologik, didaktik hamda refleksiv mexanizmlari tizimli yondashuv asosida tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotning dolzarbligi zamonaviy ta’lim tizimida pedagog shaxsining ichki kasbiy pozitsiyasini shakllantirish zarurati bilan izohlanadi. Maqolada kasbiy identitet tushunchasining nazariy mohiyati va uning tarkibiy komponentlari aniqlashtiriladi. Pedagogik mexanizmlar ta’lim jarayonini tashkil etish bilan bog‘liq bo‘lsa, psixologik mexanizmlar motivatsiya va o‘zini anglash jarayonlari bilan izohlanadi. Didaktik mexanizmlar ta’lim mazmuni va metodlari orqali amalga oshiriladi. Refleksiv mexanizmlar esa shaxsning o‘z faoliyatini tahlil qilish qobiliyatini rivojlantiradi. Tadqiqot natijasida identitetni rivojlantirishning integrativ modeli ishlab chiqildi. Tajriba-sinov natijalari model samaradorligini tasdiqladi. Maqola natijalari pedagogik ta’lim tizimini takomillashtirishda muhim ahamiyatga ega. Ushbu tadqiqot identitet muammosini kompleks yondashuv asosida o‘rganishga xizmat qiladi.
