Abstract

The thesis is aimed at studying the formation of the system for the protection of the rights and interests of domestic workers in Turkestan. The charter of the trade unions of waiters, cooks and domestic workers of Tashkent of 1906 is analyzed and it is established that the trade union of domestic workers of Turkestan has almost 120 years of history.
