Abstract

Mehnat munosabatlarida gender tenglikni ta’minlash zamonaviy jamiyatning asosiy ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy tamoyillaridan biridir. Ushbu maqolada gender tenglikka erishishda yuzaga keladigan muammolar, ularning sabab va oqibatlari, shuningdek, xalqaro va milliy tajriba asosida ushbu muammolarni bartaraf etish yo‘llari muhokama qilinadi. Mehnat munosabatlarida gender tenglikni ta’minlash uchun huquqiy va institutsional mexanizmlarni takomillashtirish, gender auditi tizimini rivojlantirish va xalqaro standartlarga mos siyosat yuritish zarurligi ta’kidlanadi.
