OILAVIY MUHIT VA EMPATIYA: FARZANDLARDA HAMDARDLIKNI RIVOJLANTIRISH OMILLARI
Abstrak
Empatiya – bu boshqalarning emotsional holatini tushunish va ularga nisbatan ichki hamdardlik tuyg‘usini his etish qobiliyatidir. Bolalik davrida ushbu ko‘nikmaning shakllanishi insonning ijtimoiy muhitga moslashuvi, sog‘lom kommunikatsiyasi va kelajakdagi shaxslararo munosabatlari uchun muhim poydevor vazifasini bajaradi. Aynan oilaviy muhit bolaning emotsional olamiga eng kuchli ta’sir ko‘rsatadigan makon bo‘lib, empatik qobiliyatlarning shakllanishida asosiy omillardan biri hisoblanadi. Ushbu maqolada farzandlarda empatiya rivojiga oilaviy muhitning ta’siri o‘rganiladi va asosiy tarbiyaviy omillar tahlil qilinadi.Empatiya tushunchasi psixologiyada ko‘plab olimlar tomonidan turlicha talqin qilingan. K. Rojers empatiyani "boshqa insonning dunyosini u qanday bo‘lsa, shunday ko‘ra olish" sifatida izohlagan bo‘lsa, D. Goulman uni emotsional intellekt tarkibiy qismlaridan biri sifatida ko‘rsatgan. Bolalarda empatiya shakllanishi ko‘p omilli jarayon bo‘lib, bunda:
