This article is devoted to the scientific research of new developments in the field of higher education, in particular, the new skills and opportunities brought by cloud technologies in the average environment. It is discussed how higher education institutions implement the possibilities of data storage, online access, data integration and mastering using these technologies. The role of teaching methods through cloud technologies in discovering new educational opportunities for students and teachers is discussed.
