Abstrak

Ushbu tezisda emotsional intellektning rivojlanishida sinf muhitining o‘rni tahlil qilinadi. Tezisda sinfdagi psixologik iqlim, o‘qituvchi va o‘quvchilar o‘rtasidagi emotsional aloqalar, o‘qituvchining boshqaruv uslubi hamda sinfdagi xavfsizlik va qo‘llab-quvvatlash muhiti kabi omillar emotsional intellektni rivojlantirishdagi asosiy faktorlar sifatida yoritilgan.
