The article analyzes the principles of designing a software complex for teaching the subject "Computer Networks" in higher education. It emphasizes the importance of digital learning technologies, modular design, and interactive platforms in improving the quality of training. Based on the research, the main pedagogical, methodological and technological approaches to the effective organization of the educational process in the context of digitalization are proposed.
