This article analyzes the theoretical foundations, scientific-pedagogical principles, and practical mechanisms of developing a healthy lifestyle within the system of medical education. In modern society, a healthy lifestyle is regarded as the cornerstone of human well-being and as a key indicator of the professional preparedness and moral maturity of medical workers. Implementing this concept in the educational process of medical institutions requires a specific approach, since this field integrates the human factor, personal example, medical ethics, hygienic culture, and psychological stability into a unified pedagogical system. The article highlights advanced international experiences in medical education, the methods of introducing a healthy lifestyle in the medical higher education institutions of Uzbekistan, and the socio-pedagogical significance of this process.
