This work analyzes the primary and secondary anatomical structure of the root. The primary structure forms during the early stages of root development and consists of the epidermis, cortex, and central cylinder. The secondary structure arises during root thickening due to the activity of cambium and phellogen. These structures ensure water and nutrient transport, mechanical strength, and the root's adaptation to external conditions.
