Abstrak

Bachadon miomasining kelib chiqishi va patogenezi ko’plab tadqiqotlarda o'rganilayotgan bo’lsada, hozirgi kunda bachadon miomasi rivojlanishida mikrob omilining o’rni aniq tahlil qilinmagan. Bachadon miomasi bilan kasallangan bemorlarning deyarli yarmida qin og’ir anaerob disbiyozi (1-guruhda 46,7%, 2-guruhda 50,0%), qolgan hollarda qin og’ir aerob-anaerob disbiozi, yengil anaerob disbiozi va yengil aerob disbiozi qayd qilindi. Bu qin mikroflorasi tarkibining buzilishi bachadon miomasi rivojlanishining muhim patogenetik bo'g'inlaridan biri bo'lishi mumkinligini ko’rsatadi.
