Abstract

Ushbu ilmiy tadqiqot pomidor (Solanum lycopersicum L.) ekinida uchraydigan asosiy tuproq fitopatogenlariga — Fusarium oxysporum, Rhizoctonia solani, Pythium ultimum kabi kasallik qo‘zg‘atuvchilarga qarshi biofungitsid preparatlarning samaradorligini baholashga bag‘ishlangan. Laboratoriya va dala tajribalari asosida o‘tkazilgan monitoring natijalari shuni ko‘rsatdiki, biofungitsidlarning o‘zaro tarkibi, mikroorganizmlar shtammlarining antagonistik xususiyatlari hamda qo‘llash usuli ularning biologik faolligini sezilarli darajada belgilaydi. Tadqiqotda Trichoderma harzianum asosidagi biofungitsid 68% gacha antifungal faollik ko‘rsatib, pomidor ildiz tizimini fitopatogenlardan samarali himoya qildi. Shuningdek, Bacillus subtilis shtammi 61% gacha kasallik rivojlanishini to‘xtatgan. Biofungitsidlar qo‘llanganda o‘simliklarning bo‘yi, ildiz massasi va hosildorlik ko‘rsatkichlari mos ravishda 20–25% ga oshgani qayd etildi. Ushbu tadqiqot ekologik xavfsiz, kimyoviy pestitsidlarga muqobil bo‘lgan biologik himoya vositalarini ishlab chiqish va ulardan amaliy foydalanish bo‘yicha ilmiy asos yaratadi.
