Abstrak

oksidlanish usuli turli potentsial qiymatlarda (50 yoki 60 V) va uchun turli vaqtlar (3 yoki 5 soat) hosil bo’ladi. TiO2 fotokatalizatorlari kukun shaklida olingan turli haroratlarda kalsinlangan Tielektrodlardan ultratovushli ishlov berish va XRD va SEM texnikasi va BET sirt maydoni tahlillari bilan tavsiflanadi. Ikkalasi ham kristallik va asosiy TiO2 zarrachalarining o'lchami issiqlikni oshirish orqali davolash harorati oshdi.
