Ushbu maqolada Chlorella vulgaris asosida tayyorlangan biologik faol ozuqa qo‘shimchalari (BFOQ) ning kimyoviy tarkibi, biologik xususiyatlari va inson salomatligiga ko‘rsatadigan ta’siri o‘rganildi. Chlorella vulgaris - mikroyashil suvo‘t bo‘lib, u yuqori miqdorda oqsil, vitaminlar (ayniqsa B guruhi), minerallar, xlorofill va antioksidantlarga boyligi sababli biologik faol moddalar manbai sifatida e’tiborga loyiqdir. Maqolada ushbu qo‘shimchalarning immunitetni mustahkamlashi, detoksifikatsiya (zaharli moddalarni chiqarish), ovqat hazm qilish tizimi faoliyatini yaxshilash hamda yallig‘lanishga qarshi ta’siri ilmiy manbalar asosida tahlil qilindi. Shu bilan birga, Chlorella vulgaris asosidagi qo‘shimchalarning salomatlikga ta’siri va ularni iste’mol qilishdagi ehtiyot choralari ham ko‘rib chiqilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari Chlorella vulgaris qo‘shimchalarining profilaktik va terapevtik salohiyatini namoyon etadi hamda ularni sog‘lom turmush tarzini qo‘llab-quvvatlash vositasi sifatida qo‘llash imkoniyatlarini ochib beradi.
