EUPHORBIA MILII O‘SIMLIGI TARKIBIDAGI FLAVONOIDLAR VA TERPENLAR UCHUN SIFAT REAKSIYALARI
Abstrak
Adabiyotlar tahliliga ko‘ra, Euphorbia milii o‘simligi fenol birikmalariga va terpenoidarga boy o‘simlik turi hisoblanib, ko‘pgina olimlar tomonidan bu o‘simlik tarkibidagi fenol birikmalar va terpenoidlar ajratib olingan va o‘rganilgan. Shu sababdan biz o‘rganayotgan o‘simlik turi ya’ni Euphorbia milii (Farg‘ona) tarkibida ham flavonoidlar hamda terpenoidlar mavjudligini tekshirish uchun sifat reaksiyalarini o‘tkazdik. Sifat reaksiyalari uchun o‘simlik bargi va poyasining etanolli (adabiyot ma’lumotlaridan kelib chiqqan holda) ekstraktlaridan foydalanildi.
