EFFECTIVE METHODS FOR DEVELOPING SPEED-STRENGTH QUALITIES IN 12-13 YEAR OLD VOLLEYBALL PLAYERS

In this article, effective methods of developing speed-strength qualities in the training process of 12-13 year old volleyball players were studied on a scientific basis. During the study, the effectiveness of plummetric exercises, special jump exercises, and game-style training was analyzed. The obtained results showed the importance of a comprehensive approach to the development of speed-strength qualities in young athletes.
