Аннотация:

Роль воды в организме человека Человек состоит из воды на 70-80%; мозг человека - на 85%; эмбрион - на 95%; меньше всего воды в костях - 30%. Вода - основной растворитель в человеческом организме, в ней переносятся все вещества - соли, кислород, ферменты, гормоны. Поэтому все вещества, вырабатываемые нашим организмом, водорастворимы. При растворении веществ очень важен химический состав воды, ведь чем больше посторонних примесей в воде, тем хуже она растворяет вещества. (Например, водопроводная вода на 1/5 часть уже занята посторонними примесями и человеку остается только 4/5 от выпитого объема).
